HELPY GSM is an emergency phone system for installation in lifts or similar applications. The device is delivered within a though a compact case for the installatoin on the lift cabin roof. But also an installation in the machine room is possible. Integrated in the device you will find: an emergency phone with loudspeaker and microphone, a GSM gateway and an emergency power supply. To complete the installation you will only require an emergency call button, the external pictograms and if required an external micorphone.

With the activation of the emergency call button the first stored number is dialed using DTMF tones. The telephone number can have a length of up to 16 digits. If the called number does not answer the device will drop the line a start to dial the following stored number. Up to twelve different numbers can be programmed. After the answer of the call an acknowledgment signal has to be send to the calling unit. If this signal is not received the emergency phone will go on with the dial. At the answer the unit will send a speech message for the identification af the calling party.

The programming of the device is done using a telephone with DTMF dial pad, a PC with USB cable, SMS or a SD memory card.
